Biography:

Dr. Tony Jackson is a professor in the English department. He earned his B.A. from University of South Carolina, his M.A. from University of Oregon and his Ph.D. from UCLA. He teaches many different courses including British Literature, Narrative Theory, Fiction Writing, Modern Irish Literature, Books into Films and a graduate film course called The Art/Work of Film/Viewing. He has been at University of North Carolina at Charlotte since 1994. His favorite film is “Vertigo.”
